Your profile

We’re looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial marketing rockstar to build Cariqa’s marketing function from the ground up. Reporting to the Co-founder and CEO, you’ll define and execute strategies that generate awareness, excitement, and trust among Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and other key players in the EV ecosystem across Europe.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll define and drive our marketing strategy, create the core content and assets we need to scale, and launch campaigns that directly fuel sales and product growth. You’ll collaborate closely with the commercial team to power our pipeline, with the product team to turn features into clear customer value, and with leadership to position Cariqa as the most credible and trusted solution in EV charging.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Cariqa’s positioning, messaging, and tone of voice

  • Plan and run campaigns to support lead generation, product launches, and CPO acquisition

  • Create content such as case studies, website copy, pitch decks, and newsletters

  • Support the sales team with collateral for outreach, events, and follow-ups

  • Manage our LinkedIn presence and other relevant channels

  • Monitor performance and optimize based on data and feedback

  • Gather insights from customers and competitors to inform marketing decisions
