Your profile

We’re seeking a fast moving Account Manager to help us grow our customer base of Charge Point Operators. Reporting directly to the Co-founder and CCO, this account manager will play a critical role in identifying leads, managing the full sales process, and working closely with the team on strategy, onboarding, and customer feedback.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond typical sales - we’re a small team, so you’ll also be involved in customer research, part of the onboarding and shaping what we build next. This individual will play a key role in shaping how we go to market. If you are seeking an opportunity to build something impactful and propel your career as a salesperson, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to CPOs (local and national)

  • Move forward existing leads in our pipeline

  • Understand CPO challenges in pricing, payments, and utilisation — and explain how Cariqa helps

  • Manage the sales process end-to-end from lead sourcing to closing, with technical support from our team

  • Support onboarding and customer setup where needed

  • Feed insights back into the product and GTM strategy

  • Join industry events and stay close to what’s happening in the market

What we are looking for?
  • Min 3 years of B2B sales experience (fintech, energy or e-mobility preferred)

  • Fluent in German and English, another language is a huge bonus

  • Comfortable speaking with both technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Happy to travel to customers across Europe

  • Able to manage your own pipeline and work independently

  • Open to wearing multiple hats beyond just traditional sales

  • Team player who’s excited to shape something new with us

  • Open to brainstorm on sales strategies and GTM ideas
